The FLASH course is a practical and friendly introduction to ceramics, designed for those who want to experiment. Participants learn how to work clay using basic hand-building techniques (pinch, coil, or slab), how to use essential tools, and how to shape a simple object such as a cup, glass, or bowl. Basic knowledge of the ceramic process is introduced, from forming to firing and glazing (including a kiln tour).
At the end, each participant selects a glaze from different samples, while the instructor takes care of glazing, firing, and finishing. An additional session can be added for those who wish to glaze their piece themselves. Depending on the group, a single-firing (monocooking) variation may also be offered. No prior experience is required: the course is open to everyone, individuals or small groups. Each creation is unique and becomes a creative keepsake to take home.
