A course dedicated to self-care through clay, designed to encourage inner listening, emotional regulation, and relationships with others. The workshop combines creativity, mindfulness, and basic hand-building techniques, transforming the manual gesture into an accessible well-being experience for everyone.
The aim is to support participants in reducing stress and anxiety, improving self-esteem, and fostering a climate of social interaction and cooperation. Clay becomes a simple and immediate medium to rediscover the pleasure of play, tactile experience, and presence in the moment.
Through guided exercises, participants will work on:
- basic clay modelling techniques
- discovering personal expressive and creative abilities
- mood and stress regulation
- present-moment awareness (mindfulness)
- inner dialogue and active meditation
- sharing emotions and thoughts within the group
At the end of the course, each participant will have created a “garden of happiness” in clay – a small symbolic space that holds emotions, intentions, and personal experience.
