Antonella Tomaino is a ceramic artist who has been teaching ceramics since 1991. After obtaining her Federal Certificate of Competence, she further specialized in wheel-throwing techniques and high-temperature firing at Agir Céramique in France, completing her training with study trips to the United States, France, and Italy. In 2019 she exhibited in Jingdezhen, China.
In addition to her social and educational work in schools, she is active in her own studio in Vezio, Alto Malcantone.
